We
specialize in temporary, Direct Hire and temp to hire positions
in the HR industry. Temporary assignments allow you the
opportunity to develop and/or enhance your skills. Many of our
positions give you the opportunity to move into a direct hire
position at the end of the temporary contract period.
We
understand the needs of our
clients which insures that we identify the right candidate for
our clients' needs. We select our candidates based upon their
experience and level of expertise for the particular job
opening. We will review your resume and match your skills with
any job openings we have that fit your qualifications. Once we
have a match, we will contact you directly to set up a
pre-screening interview in our office. If you are a match for
our client, we will then submit your resume to the client for
review.

Holiday Pay
Once you have worked 1350
hours for us on a temporary assignment, we will pay you for
6 holidays. Each holiday will be paid at eight hours of
your regular and current hourly rate.
Even if you did not work
1350 hours or more, you may be eligible for holidays during
the current year! As soon as the combined current year and
prior calendar year hours exceed 1350, the remaining
holidays in the current year may be paid if you qualify.
In order for you to qualify
for holiday pay, you must be at your current assignment and
work the day before and the day after the holiday, unless
the client that you are assigned to is closed. There are no
exceptions to this rule.
Holiday's which are paid
under this benefit are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth
of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Vacation
Pay
Because we value your
long-term commitment to our company and our client we have
instituted a vacation payout based on the number of hours
worked. You will be awarded one 40-hour week of pay, at
your current pay rate, for each 1900 hours worked during
the combined current year and prior calendar year period.
"I can not take time off
but could use the extra cash, can I get a payment instead?"
Not a problem! Just call our office and you will receive an
extra 40-hour pay check in addition to your current week’s
income.
To qualify, you must be on
an active assignment at the time of the payout, and you may
use hours accrued from the current and or the prior calendar
year only towards eligibility. Vacation awards can not be
taken as single days. There are no exceptions. All
temporaries on assignment will receive one payout for each
1900 hours of work completed.
